Valmont Bike Park receives 2011 Colorado American Society of Landscape Architects award | Sports & Recreation

The Parks and Recreation Department received a 2011 Colorado American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Professional Design Merit Award for Valmont Bike Park design. BHA Design, Inc., a Fort Collins-based landscape architecture firm and primary consultants for Valmont Bike Park, worked with the Parks and Recreation Department to apply for the award.The ASLA Professional Design awards recognize exceptional work in constructed, site-specific works of landscape architectural design. Forty-three winners in the areas of design, planning and research, and communication were recognized with ASLA Professional Design awards this year.
